Every cup is made to order on the cart — ceremonial matcha whisked by hand, espresso roasted in-house, and treats from the kitchen that happen to be gluten-free and plant-based. The list below is a starting point; we compose the final menu around your event.

Stone-ground matcha from Japan, hand-whisked with a bamboo chasen — never machine-frothed.
- Ceremonial usucha
The traditional thin matcha, whisked to a fine foam and served in a bowl.
- Matcha latte oat · whole
Ceremonial matcha, steamed milk, hot or iced.
- Cold foam matcha guest favourite
Iced ceremonial matcha under a butterfly-pea or vanilla cold foam.

Roasted green tea — gently nutty, naturally low in caffeine.

Coffee roasted in-house and pulled to order by our baristas.
